Once we determined what to do, Josh and his team went to work. The results were amazing slider size sandwiches, a beautiful charcuterie board, and an equally beautiful fruit tray. Josh supplied refills for the fruit and charcuterie boards, which we held in the cooler waiting to be added when needed. The presentation on lovely trays, the personalized service, the follow up asking how it went, and everything from beginning to end was absolutely outstanding!
